Solar street lights use crystalline silicon solar cells for power, maintenance-free valve-regulated sealed batteries (gel batteries) to store electricity, ultra-high-brightness LED lamps as the light source, and are controlled by an intelligent charge and discharge controller, serving as a replacement for traditional public power lighting street lights. They do not require underground cable installation or lighting electricity fees and are mainly suitable for illuminating urban roads, residential squares, industrial parks, tourist attractions, park green belts, and similar places.
During the day, under the control of the intelligent controller, the solar panels absorb sunlight and convert it into electricity. The solar cell assembly charges the battery pack during the day, and at night the battery pack powers the LED light source to provide illumination. At the same time, it has functions such as light control, time control, temperature compensation, lightning protection, and reverse polarity protection.
